Scottish-born Jo Gordon is the visionary behind the eponymous brand. Her first foray into the world of knitwear came at the age of 16, when she set about replacing her father's knitted hat. Together with her mother's friend Vilma, they successfully made a new hat, marking the start of a series of creations.

Since 1995, Jo Gordon has been running her own successful knitwear business, in constant collaboration with Vilma. She attributes a significant part of her company's success to working with people who are passionate about Scottish tradition and craftsmanship.

The wool used by Jo Gordon is spun in Scotland, and every piece in the collection is carefully knitted in the UK or Scotland. A true celebration of Scottish heritage through the art of knitting.
